Do I need to book or can I do a walk-in?
We do not accommodate walk-ins, please contact our practice directly on 07 4725 7677 to book your appointment or click here to book an appointment online.
What are your typical wait times?
Our staff endeavour to attend to you as soon as practicable. To see your regular GP, there could be up to a three week wait. Therefore, booking ahead-of-time (where possible) is always recommended.
Are you taking new patients?
At the moment, we are not taking any new patients.
What payment methods do you take?
We accept Cash, EFTPOS and Credit Card only. We do not accept AMEX.
Do you process Medicare refunds?
Yes, we process Medicare refunds for those that present a valid Medicare Card. For more information on consultation fees, please click here.
Do you Bulk Bill?
We are not a bulk billing practice, so you will always be charged for a consultation, with no exceptions. For more information on our consultation fees, please click here.
Do you offer reduced fees for children, pensioners, or other concession holders?

Do you offer after-hours services?
Hello Home Doctor Service is our nominated after-hours provider. They are contactable by phone on 134 100 outside of our operating hours.
