Do I need to book or can I do a walk-in?
We do not accommodate walk-ins, so please contact our practice directly to book your appointment.
What are your typical wait times?
Our staff endeavour to attend to you as soon as is practicable. To see your regular GP, there could be up to a one-week wait . Therefore, booking ahead-of-time (where possible) is always recommended.
Are you taking new patients?
At the moment we are not taking any new patients. This will change once the new building is completed at the end of 2021.
What payment methods do you take?
We accept Cash, EFTPOS & Credit Card only. We do not accept AMEX.
Do you process Medicare refunds?
Yes, we process Medicare refunds for those that present a valid Medicare Card. For an idea of our consultation pricing, please refer to our fee structure table.
Do you bulk bill?
We are not a bulk-billing practice so you will always be charged for a consultation, with no exceptions. For an idea of our consultation pricing, please refer to our fee structure table.
Do you offer reduced fees for children, pensioners, or other concession holders?
